The myViSafe sensors disconnected during an assessment

If the myViSafe sensors disconnect, during an assessment make sure that the sensors are in close range (within 5m) to the device with the myViSafe App. If this doesn’t reconnect the sensors within 30 seconds, you will need to close the myViSafe App, restart the assessment & re-pair the sensors.
