The red record button doesn't come up in the App during an assessment

If the red record button doesn’t come up on the top right hand corner of the myViSafe App during an assessment but the time clock is ticking over, then it is capturing data. If this is the case, continue with the assessment and disregard the error.

If the clock is not ticking over, please restart the assessment.
